A message dated June 23, 1998, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 458(RLS)                                  
"An Act relating to establishing a golf course alcoholic beverage             
license to allow sales of beer and wine; extending the termination             
date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; and providing for
